Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back. 

All items must be returned new, unworn (no makeup or marks), and original tags and packaging intact. We will inspect all return packages and reserve the right to deny or exchange if all the above are not met. There are no returns on Gift Cards.

If the product is defective, or you received the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and will make sure you get a new product to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact our customer service at tj@thejeanjunky.com, with an attached picture of the defect or incorrect item, and they will get you taken care of.

EXCHANGES:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back. We are happy to help you exchange your item, however, we cannot guarantee that the product you want will be in stock while your return is in transit back to us.

If you know the item you wish to exchange for, and you want to make sure it isn’t sold out before your return arrives, we advise you do the following:

  • Email us at tj@thejeanjunky.com and let us know what item you would like to exchange for. 
  • Mail your original item back to us.
  • MAKE SURE TO SPECIFY ON INVOICE WHAT YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE.
  • When we receive your return item back, we will process a refund for the original amount paid.

Please WRITE ‘Exchange’ at the top of the form.  Just remember, if you choose this option, we cannot guarantee the product will be in stock by the time your exchange arrives back to us.
